Real Estate Sales are hot in Fairwood!
Three weeks of home sales shown in the chart above reflects the greatest number of home sales since we’ve been tracking the numbers. Recorded sales were from August 13 to September 7.
Sales prices were huge, ranging from $170,000 to $750,000. The gap of price per square foot was also substantial, with numbers ranging from $174/SF to as high as $320/SF.
Fairwood Greens showed the neighborhood with the highest number of sales.
Area sales covers neighborhoods bordering Maple Valley Highway to the north, Highway 18 to the east, SE 208th St. to south, and 116th Ave. SE to the west. These areas cover 98058, 98031, and 98038 zip codes, which includes unincorporated King County and cities of Kent, Maple Valley, and Renton.
